  Bought a ring and it broke 2 days later. I went back a few days later and tried to exchange it, they didn’t have the ring and the manager said they had one in stock but couldn’t get it until the following Sunday and he said they would call me. They never called me so I went and returned it and will never buy anything from pandora. This is the third ring that I had that broke soon after I bought it

  Loved the customer service! First time shopping at Pandora a couple weeks ago, I was purchasing a gift for a family member. The staff was so friendly, warm, and helpful. I will definitely shop here again, maybe this time for myself!
