Really laid back and informative experience. Definitely not pushy or overwhelming. We opted for a pricier purchase and he threw in a $150 mattress protector for free. The home delivery was quick, painless, and efficient. We were worried about the box spring fitting into our apartment and they got it in there without any damage done. Not to mention, our mattress is amazing. Highly recommended.
