  Home Depot is out of the way but I give up on this branch. As a purchasing manager I place many orders and could potentially give a lot of business to Lowe's Willow Grove/Lower Moreland. Unfortunately -NOT ONCE- have I pre-ordered something from their store and had it readily available for pickup. Give them 2 hours it isn't enough, 4 hours - Not Enough. I gave them 2 hours today then went in before lunch 12PM and said please have this ready by 1 PM. Sure enough I finally get a call 40 minutes after 1 PM. Now I have to waste 40 minutes of my buyer's time going back and forth including the time to load up the car because my receiving manager had to leave early today. This isn't a complaint about a 1 time problem, I don't do that. This is a complaint about a constant problem which can only be laid upon the necks of an ineffective or impotent management team.
