  The flowers that were delivered were beautiful. The arrangement was missing a Sunshine decoration (which I knew was a possibility based on the product information) and they came in a tall round vase, instead of the pictured short square vase. I knew a vase substitution was a possibility, but I had also read that "If your selected container is not available, the designer will select a container that is as close as possible to your selected container." I was just a little disappointed the vase wasn't even kind of similar to the picture. My biggest frustration was that although Kremp is clear to remind you to make sure you state who the flowers are from on your little card, the area where you type your message has no character count limit, and it doesn't stop you from typing. I knew I couldn't type a novel, but the Bible verse I chose was cut off, the verse reference, as well as my closing and name were left off. I luckily was sending flowers to someone I always called "Second Mom" so she had a good guess as to whom they were from. The flowers themselves were gorgeous. I did contact customer service, and although there was no manager to speak with, she said that they would communicate to their website team the need for a character count or obvious limit for the card. Follow-up: Someone from management reached out to me today and was apologetic and said "We normally don’t see cards anywhere near that long but that is no excuse." My card was two short sentences and a "Love Carrie H___" too long; it wasn't double or triple the (unknown) allotted space. He assured me he'd pass along the feedback to their website team, which I think will be an asset to their check-out process.
