  I have had a terrible experience with Gannon. They supposedly cleaned my chimney on Oct. 2nd and told us we needed major repairs to the chimney...to the tune of $2500. I had two other chimney companies come out to give me estimates for this repair and both of them told me that the chimney was so dirty they couldn't tell if it needed any work at all! Gannon said they would come back and take pictures to show me, but they stood me up and will not call me back. I have 3 phone calls in to Patrick Gannon and he will not call me back. My next phone call is my lawyer. DON'T USE THEM!
