I'd give 0 stars if I could. I purchased a set of ventless gas logs and after a week and a half went to complain about the smell. I was told by the same exact salesman who sold it to me, oh yeah, I'm really not a fan of the ventless logs and try to talk people out of them. In fact, we didn't even sell them for years because of the chemicals they give off. We just started selling them again because we got bought by Monessen and they sell them so now we have to. I can't even leave them on in the show room for more than a couple minutes without getting a migraine. -- When I looked at them in the showroom with him he said he had to shut them off because they "were getting too hot". The smell I was smelling was in fact a gas leak caused by a crack in the gas line caused by their "expert" installer. I got extremely ill. They argued with my that it was my plumber who had installed a cracked line. If that was the case, their installer installed the logged to a leaking pipe and told me it was good to go. They sent out the same "expert" to repair it who lied to my face saying it was a small leak that couldn't have been detected. Two PECO workers, and my plumber all said it was a large, significant leak. He also said he couldn't fix the crack because it wasn't his piece and that there was no need for him to come back to hook it back up after I repaid my plumber to fix the line because my plumber can do that. So he couldn't touch my equipment but I could touch theirs. After arguing more, they agreed to rehook the line - again, after I had to pay my plumber to fix the line that they broke during installation. They were going send out the same "expert" but I said no. Second "expert" just left. My plumber had already reconnected the line, all that needed to be done was rearrange logs and relight. They did the logs and said, ok! I had to ask them to relight it which they seemed annoyed at. I've been offered no reimbursement of the installation fee, and no compensation for increased gas bill from the leak or being ill for over a week. Terrible salesmanship and terrible customer service. Stay away!!!

Lacking customer service. Like the other customer, I found it hard to be served when walking in the door. I was not greeted, and the customer that came in after me was helped after waiting for 20 minutes. Don't even try to call, rarely get someone to answer the phone. If asked to leave a voicemail don't, because it will probably go into ether like mine, and with no cal lback (3 messages left to call back; 2 difference stores). This is the experience I have had with 2 of the 3 locations. Not sure if the customer service is going to be any better once purchasing a product. This business needs to get the customer service in line because definitely rated with the worst experiences. Maybe get some back office people and train them to answer calls, follow-up and keep things moving because the way it's going now, you are putting off new and potential customers before walking in the door.
